Now double sided for twice the fun! We've added a fun alphabet with both upper and lowercase letters to the reverse side of our placemat. You can even trace over the letters with a dry erase or washable marker, then wipe clean with a damp cloth so you can use it over and over again.

Made with a crystal clear heavyweight laminate, our personalized placemats are built to stand up to kids' messiest eating habits--toddlers included! They measure a generous 12" x 18" and have rounded corners. Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth...if only cleaning your kid was so easy!

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Method:

All domestic orders ship for free via USPS. International order can be shipped vis USPS or UPS.

Shipping Timeline:

All items are made to order. Most orders ship within 2 business days or less. Some personalized items take a little longer to produce and will ship in 3-5 business days. Shipping timelines depend on the method of shipment, but most domestic orders take 2-5 business days to arrive.

Returns:

Personalized items are not returnable as they are customized, made to order, and cannot be resold. All other returns must have an RMA. Customers may request an RMA by contacting us at shop@artappeel.com. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be billed to your credit card.

What about damaged items?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve this issue by replacing your item. Photographic evidence may required to authorize a replacement product.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us immediately as we try to get products out to you as quickly as possible. We are always happy to make order adjustments, as long as the item in question has not yet gone into production. A full refund can be offered for all unshipped standard merchandise.
